Information and purpose

YORIYOI LLC processes names, email addresses, company names, messages, and requested license counts to respond to inquiries, discuss trials, and communicate about requests.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and form protection, Resend for notification delivery, and Microsoft 365 for company mail. IP addresses and browser connection information are processed to prevent abuse. These providers may process information outside Japan under their contractual data protection terms. Notification emails and logs are normally retained for 30 days, with separate deletion periods for backups.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry mail is deleted approximately six months after the matter is closed. Contract-related records follow separate retention terms. Short-lived identifiers support abuse prevention and deduplication; inquiry text is not written to site logs.
